As a family with coeliac disease, finding an authentic gluten-free cooking experience is very important to us, and this class exceeded all our expectations. We attended with our children, aged 11 and 13, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. We learned so much about preparing authentic gluten-free Italian dishes using fresh, local ingredients. Making our own gluten-free pasta from scratch was a real highlight! The recipes were delicious, authentic, and easy to recreate at home. The beautiful location made the whole experience even more special. The cook was wonderful, especially with the children. She was patient, encouraging, and made sure they were actively involved throughout the class. They loved participating, learned a lot, and had fun making the pasta and helping to prepare the Italian meal. The wine tasting was a nice addition to the experience, allowing us to enjoy excellent local wines while learning more about the region. The evening ended with a delicious dinner where we enjoyed all the dishes we had prepared together. We highly recommend this experience to families, anyone with coeliac disease or following a gluten-free diet, and anyone who loves authentic Italian food, great wine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that I'm already considering coming back for the 3-day course!Posted on Google Eddie DeCiccoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I took a cooking class here with Vittoria, who was a lovely, friendly, knowledgeable teacher, and we had a wonderful time! The food we learned to make (this time it was homemade gluten free pasta with pesto, gluten free bread, bruschetta, saltimbocca alla Romana, and gelato!) was flavorful and the steps were well defined and guided artfully by our teacher. Overall I feel we learned a lot and had a fun, tasty time doing so!Posted on Google Hailey MazurTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We take cooking classes in every country we travel to and this is the best one we have ever been to. Our teacher Victoria was a wealth of knowledge and passion. We learnt about the parts of the tomato, gathered fresh herbs from the garden, she educated us on the wine in a way I have never heard on countless wine tours. The food was all amazing! If you do one thing in Tuscany it should be this. Cannot recommend enough.Posted on Google Paige PerrinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the best time at our cooking class with Victoria. Me and three of my friends took the cooking class on our holiday and it was the best experience we had on our trip. What I loved about the cooking class was that everyone was doing different things. Some of us were making the pasta filling, others were washing or chopping ingredients. It made the class feel more inclusive and allowed you to get to know the other people in the class too. I also enjoyed that we had a sit down meal at the end and everyone what they did and how they made the dishes. There were 12 people in our class and it was the perfect size. Victoria was amazing and she made the experience so special from the moment we walked in the door. I will be recommending it to anyone I know who goes to Tuscany. Thank you again.Posted on Google Brent McClureTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a wonderful cooking class in the heart of Tuscany at a small family farm. It was truly an idyllic setting. Only 10 of us were there and we learned to make pastas, sauces, with lots of wine as well. It was a fun and unique experience, and we'll remember it as a highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend this class.Posted on Google Lori BoyleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend the cooking class! We used their own olive oil and perfectly paired wines from their vineyard. Under the guidance of an incredible chef and fantastic teacher, we made 2 fresh pastas from scratch, 2 sauces, bruschetta and banana gelato. Everything we made was absolutely delicious. Between the stunning scenery, exceptional food and wine, and the warm hospitality, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy.Posted on Google Rachel BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our cooking class was absolutely perfect! We loved every part of the experience—from the beautiful location to the hands-on lesson and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Victoria was an incredible instructor: patient, knowledgeable, and so passionate about sharing authentic Italian cooking. She made everyone feel comfortable and confident, regardless of experience level, and we learned so much while having a fantastic time. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Florence and the surrounding area!Posted on Google Katie WebberTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
